Love the Isaac reference. Love this game.
Glad you liked it man, it was a fun game to make. :)
This is a good game, but for a story based game, the platforming is quite dickish. Especially level 20 is mostly pixel jumping.
I'm sorry, but this isn't a game.
The medals only serve to highlight it's pointlesness.
In one sitting...
Two stars left, but I quit! I killed the Baconator 2! I win!
Even with all the upgrades, some levels were still pretty hard, and mostly got won by luck.
With a little more balancing, this game would've gotten my 5 stars.
Seeing as the game was build in so little time I can only have one complaint: the death music hurts my brain...
It's a nice game, I like the way it's designed, but the jumping is terrible.
It wouldn't be so bad if you did anything else but jump...
I have been changing the jumping mechanics with each version of the game. If you can be more specific about why you dislike jumping that would be great
It locked up on level 21, where there wasn't any firework and 0 clicks. But I enjoyed the first 20 levels... The upgrades don't make any sense, they don't seem to change anything and dissapear after the level.
Every time I finished a level I keep thinking: why am i still playing this? After plugging every deadly trap with a hundred copses, i did eventually finish it, but only after drinking and turning off the music.
The jump controll is very sensative, the platforms are slippy and momentum suddenly dissapears while slideing.
But all those complaints all count for old school platformers aswell... So at least it's quite athentic.
Not bad but not as good as the first one...
Why can't i murder that owl?
Even fully upgraded, the last three levels are (almost) impossible. The only strategy that works is holding off your (one per level) till you can't hold out no more...
The only reason i made it through the last couple levels is luck of the right enemies and power-ups...
